One-night Louisiana Popup. Pableaux Johnson (writer, photographer, general ne’er-do-well) brings his New Orleans tradition in this culinary travel experiment. Chef Lee Gregory and Joe Sparatta will host a casual supper (Shindig-style) at The Roosevelt on a Sunday night. 

RETURNING TO RICHMOND! The Roadshow kicks off late Virginia spring with a show at one of the show's favorite rooms. 

What Now? Pableaux’s home-style Louisiana gathering debuts in The Commonwealth. 

Simple Supper: A nice starter, red beans & rice, cornbread, something sweet, beer/wine (Vegan/tarian beans gleefully provided). Maybe a surprise or two. 

Timing: SUNDAY, April 15. (Nosh at 6:30, family style sit 7ish, done when we get kicked out.)
